Overview

An established real estate investment and development group is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, provide strategic insights, and ensure the organization’s long-term financial health.

This is a senior management role reporting directly to the CFO.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, Zakat, and tax regulations
• Conduct investment analysis (cap rate, IRR, NPV) for acquisitions and projects
• Prepare financial models and investor-ready presentations
• Drive cost optimization and performance improvement initiatives
• Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally with 3-5 years in a managerial role
• Professional certifications (CFA, CMA, CPA) are a plus
• Proven track record in financial management within real estate, investment, or related industries
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
