We offer an end-to-end digital car purchasing experience, allowing customers to buy their next vehicle from the comfort of their homes. Our platform manages sourcing, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping, and more. Our goal is to transform car buying into an experience of delight, comfort, and peace of mind.

We are seeking ambitious, competitive, and growth-oriented professionals to help us leverage technology to delight our customers and achieve our ambitious growth objectives in the auto sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and adjust the budget periodically considering financial and non-financial factors, and develop revised forecasts.
  2. Coordinate with other departments to define annual budgets and streamline assumptions.
  3. Provide financial analysis and models for assessing capital structure.
  4. Support investor due diligence processes.
  5. Maintain and renew company legal documentation.
  6. Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with tax authorities, ministries, and banks.
  7. Conduct cost performance analyses to identify trends, insights, and support management decisions.
  8. Prepare investment appraisals and scenario analyses.
  9. Develop and monitor financial and operational forecasts, providing insights to management.
  10. Prepare information packs and communicate updates to investors.
  11. Address investor queries and requirements.
  12. Ensure compliance with tax filing and regulatory requirements in Jordan, BVI, and Saudi Arabia.
  13. Review manpower requests and provide guidance.
  14. Develop strategic and operational plans aligned with company strategies.
  15. Coordinate with external bodies for statutory compliances such as Zakat submissions and audits.
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Submit monthly reporting packs on time.
  2. Ensure compliance certificates, forms, and information are submitted by deadlines.
  3. Manage and report on budgets and liaise with SBU teams.
  4. Prepare and submit board and investor reports, addressing queries.
  5. Share tax data (Income Tax, Zakat, WHT, VAT) within deadlines.
  6. Complete due diligence reports and dashboards accurately and on time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in transaction advisory services with leading consultancy firms.
  • CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
