Field Sales Representative – Saudi Arabia – Industrial Adhesive and Tapes Division (m/f/*)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Field Sales Representative at Industrial Adhesive Division in Saudi Arabia territory, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Promoting 3M Industrial Adhesive and tapes product at both end-user and Channel partner level
  • Implementing new product introduction
  • Executing defined sales strategy to acquire new customers, generate demand at the Saudi market. To target new segment and execute specific segment approach.
  • Working closely with EMEA functional team (e.g. technical team, EMEA portfolio team)
  • Supporting our valued channel partners
  • Solving design challenges at our end-users
  • Owning the full sales cycle to meet our target
  • Managing the CRM system and tracking the records aligned to company expectations
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Saudi nationality is a must
  • Higher education skill is required e.g. bachelor’s degree preferably industry specific (preferably structural engineering)
  • Experience in sales and technical solutions are required
  • Key skills: communication, well-proven sales attitude, working in a diversified team
  • Fluent in Arabic and English

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Additional skills what are preferable but not mandatory: knowledge of bonding and adhesive technology
  • Personal attributes we are looking for: work individually, proactively to achieve the target
Job specifics
  • Location: Riyadh area is a preferred location; the job is country specific in Saudi Arabia
  • Travel expectations: may include at least 4 days per week domestic travel to customers in Saudi Arabia and preferably 1 day per office
  • Type of a job: remote
  • Working pattern: full-time
  • Total compensation package consists of: 70% monthly base pay (guaranteed) and 30% quarterly variable (depending on sales results). 3M Company provides excellent allowances and benefits package.
