Field Marketing Manager, MEA‑TRC (Middle East & Africa, Turkey, Romania and CIS)

Splunk is searching for a passionate Field Marketing Manager to be a part of the MEA‑TRC (Middle East & Africa, Turkey, Romania and CIS) team focused on SBK (Saudi, Bahrain, Kuwait) growth journey, by planning and implementing marketing programs, directly impacting the pipeline generation as well as strengthening our brand in the region.

You have a demonstrated track record of managing and delivering marketing programs on time and on budget. As we are a company in transition, you will also be comfortable with changing priorities and responsibilities. Is it a match?

Key Responsibilities
  • Execution of the Marketing Strategy & Plan
    • Influencing and helping implement the regional marketing plan, in a project management style, to drive, progress and convert pipeline plus strengthen brand awareness in the region, to attract and engage our target audience.
    • Clear communication around follow‑up and measurements of programs to business teams, in collaboration with your leaders.
    • Drive own marketing projects, as additions to and in alignment with existing marketing plan.
    • Work closely with the MEA‑TRC Marketing Lead and wider EMEA marketing team to support the common goal of delivering pipe generation campaigns.
    • Run the regional activity calendar to ensure optimal engagement and prevent fatigue from our target group.
    • Track key metrics and ROI for the programs executed in the region.
    • Required marketing related admin and documentation.
  • Pipeline Generation, Progression & Conversion
    • Driving rigor and accountability for the pipeline generation number toward the target, and accordingly teaming up with sales to also progress and close this pipeline.
  • Business Stakeholder Alignment
    • Clear communication around follow‑up and measurements of programs & investments.
    • Align with and communicate plans and successes to key business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A passion for and experience in Field Marketing is a must.
  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
  • 3‑5 years of experience, understanding, and a proven track record from a similar, project‑based marketing role in a matrix environment in the enterprise software space.
  • Working knowledge of the Saudi Arabian markets and its IT buyers, and the ability to understand what is driving customer buying decisions.
  • Well‑versed in the different tactics used in the region to attract our target audience.
  • Data‑driven marketing mentality, and experience working hands‑on with Salesforce and Tableau to measure program effectiveness and optimize the follow‑up process and post‑event communications.
  • Project leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of programs simultaneously, with required documentation, within budget and timelines.
  • A teammate who has partnered with sales and marketing teams to align engagement and execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Solution‑oriented personality with a can‑do attitude.
