A leading oil and gas firm located in Ḥa'il Province, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Facilities Planning Engineer to support infrastructure optimization and project evaluations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, strong skills in project economics, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for effective communication. This position plays a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient planning aligned with organizational strategies.
Plays a key role in supporting industrial and community facility planning projects, including site master planning, infrastructure optimization, and capital project evaluation. Ensures that oil & gas production and supporting facilities are planned efficiently, safely, and in alignment with strategic business objectives.
Holds a high level of confidentiality and access to sensitive operational and planning information. Unauthorized disclosure could result in severe or catastrophic adverse effects on organizational operations, assets, or individuals.

3 to 5 years related experience, covering Facilities Engineering operations preferably in oil & gas sector organization.
Master planning, infrastructure engineering, project economics, and risk assessment.
Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Language Skills: English and Arabic.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
