A leading global e-commerce company is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing outside contractors, leading a team, and ensuring safety practices in facility maintenance. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with computer maintenance systems and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. The position also requires developing maintenance plans and providing supervision to facility supervisors, directly impacting site productivity and operations.
The Facilities Coordinator will have a significant impact on customer experience. They will lead and manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines. They will develop plans to accomplish engineering departmental goals.
The role involves leadership, development, and coaching of the team. Performance management will be conducted by the Facilities Coordinator – Maintenance. This position also leads the technical team in providing both reactive and proactive maintenance services on all operational equipment and facility infrastructure within the Delivery Stations (DS). Their work directly impacts site productivity and operational success. If equipment is unavailable or performs poorly, it minimizes the capacity and throughput of the site.
