Overview

We are seeking a Saudi Field Supervisor (bilingual in Arabic & English) across the administrative regions of Saudi Arabia for a potential upcoming tourism research project.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting a team of field data collectors/interviewers in both public locations and during home visits
• Monitoring the quality and accuracy of collected data
• Coordinating daily fieldwork, assigning survey areas, and ensuring targets are achieved
• Providing on-the-ground guidance, troubleshooting, and support to team members
• Reporting regularly to project management on progress and challenges

Qualifications

• Saudis only
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in survey supervision, field operations, or related roles
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to travel and oversee activities across designated administrative regions
• Professionalism and ability to engage effectively with diverse communities
