Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Executive Manager for the CEO Office & Corporate Affairs. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, 5-8 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic being a strong advantage. Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably within oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong exposure to government entities and regulatory requirements is highly preferred.

We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Executive Manager – CEO Office & Corporate Affairs to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and a key driver of execution across the organization.

This senior-level role is critical in translating CEO directives into action, managing high-level external relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments—while supporting major corporate initiatives, including IPO readiness.

This position is ideal for a professional with strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to manage sensitive, time-critical matters with discretion and precision.

Executive Support & CEO Office Operations
  • Act as the primary coordination point for all directives and initiatives issued by the CEO.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with department managers and track execution of assigned actions.
  • Prepare executive briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support strategic planning, decision-making, and prioritization within the CEO Office.
Cross-Department Coordination
  • Partner with all business units to ensure alignment with CEO directives.
  • Track KPIs, project milestones, and operational performance for executive review.
  • Proactively elevate risks, delays, and critical issues to the CEO.
Corporate Affairs & Agencies Management
  • Oversee company agencies and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
  • Manage interactions with ministries, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate documentation, licensing, renewals, submissions, and approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external stakeholders.
IPO Readiness & Strategic Projects
  • Support IPO preparedness activities, including documentation, compliance reviews, and process alignment.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead or support ad-hoc, high-priority strategic assignments as a task-force lead.
Governance & Process Improvement
  • Recommend and implement improvements to workflows between departments and the CEO Office.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and corporate governance standards.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Qualifications
