The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as an EA, primarily working with CEOs or C-level executives, and must demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation required by the CEO.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Arrange travel, visas, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and commitments.
  • Support in strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Manage office administration tasks relevant to the CEO’s office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, with most of the career spent supporting CEOs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dammam.
