Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct automotive production stamping experience.
• Strong exposure to automotive manufacturing, LEAN, TPS, GK, Six Sigma.
• Ability to lead and supervise up to 50 staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Safety, Quality and Productivity across stamping operations.
• Support Continuous Improvement and coach problem-solving at line level.
• Oversee material flow from receiving to customers.

Skills

Strong proficiency in MS Office
