We’re looking for a skilled and hands‑on Engineering Shift Leader to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineering team activities during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and maintain hotel systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and IHG brand standards.
• Support training and development of engineering team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance‑related needs effectively.
