A leading engineering recruiting firm is looking for a seasoned professional to lead electrical maintenance and reliability engineering for wind assets in North West Saudi Arabia. This role involves supervising maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and analyzing performance data to ensure maximum availability. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 8–10 years of experience in wind or power generation environments. Qualifications

  • Troubleshoot faults on turbines, transformers and switchgear; perform RCA.
  • Analyse performance data; drive modifications and upgrades for reliability.
  • Plan and deliver outages in line with OEM and site standards.
  • Maintain SAP/CMMS records and spares planning.
  • Embed HSE best practice across operations and contractors.

North West Saudi Arabia – Vision 2030 Renewable Energy Project

Purpose: Lead electrical maintenance and reliability engineering for wind assets, ensuring safe operation and maximised availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise preventive/corrective maintenance of wind electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot faults on turbines, transformers and switchgear; perform RCA.
  • Analyse performance data; drive modifications and upgrades for reliability.
  • Plan and deliver outages in line with OEM and site standards.
  • Maintain SAP/CMMS records and spares planning.
  • Embed HSE best practice across operations and contractors.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Expertise in electrical systems, SCADA interfaces and maintenance management.
