As an E-Commerce Operation Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing the company’s online sales platform, driving revenue growth and optimizing overall e-commerce performance in alignment with the company’s sales and marketing strategy.

Job location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities
  • Own and grow online sales revenue, ensuring achievement of e-commerce targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end performance of the online sales platform (pricing, promotions, assortment, availability).
  • Drive conversion, AOV, and customer retention through data-driven sales strategies.
  • Lead commercial campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams.
  • Oversee the P&L and profitability of the online sales channel.
  • Analyze performance KPIs and provide clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the online sales team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
  • Act as the key point of contact between the e-commerce operation and senior leadership, aligning online sales strategies with overall sales and marketing objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in e-commerce / online sales
  • Proven background with strong online sales platforms.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics.
  • Solid Experience in: Managing online sales P&L, Revenue growth and conversion optimization, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales planning
  • Experience in cross-functional work with Marketing, Performance, CRM, Tech, and Logistics teams.
