Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for Permanent and Temporary Import / Export of shipments.
• Communicate and guide suppliers on KSA Customs & SABER documentation.
• Proactively coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce for document attestation.
• Manage logistics coordination with various interfaces, including accounts and customs clearing agents.
• Collaborate closely with PM, Warehouse, and Parts teams for timely shipments.
• Develop and train subordinates to maximize performance and knowledge sharing.
