A leading global technology company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sales Manager for their Smart Energy business. The role requires extensive sales and operations experience in the industrial manufacturing sector to lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue and optimizing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has a strong track record in leadership, and is capable of managing P&L responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily sales operations of Honeywell Smart Energy (SME) business in META to drive orders attainment.
Coordinate / partner with ISC organization to deliver revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow sales, revenue, and profitability of the SME business in META
Drive overall pipeline to 2x of orders target including for NPI
Implement efficient MOS to drive laser sharp focus on orders, revenue growth and profitability
Drive product line specific growth initiatives in participation with global marketing
Define direct vs channels go to market strategy and ensure strict implementation of same. Own selection of right channels got respective product line.
Provide business development support to channels and help channels achieve AOP
Improve Commercial Experience metrics by driving Cross-Functional MOS, taking actions to improve business results
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
Ensure the development of tactical projects / programs to achieve strategic goals and objectives for SME in META
Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
Lead key or targeted customer activities within the META region, build relationships with key stakeholders in the markets we serve.
Make key hiring decisions and oversee talent development programs for SME in META
Evaluate and decide upon key investments in infrastructure, equipment and other key projects in SME META.
Report key forecasts and results to management.
Engage with strategic marketing and Management to enhance strategic planning.
Developing talent and building a strong team
Formulate, drive and Own regional localization and / or partnerships programs to service the regional needs
Define and implement pricing strategy across all SME LOBs in the region and partner closely with the pricing leader
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Sales or Engineering (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
Extensive sales and operations experience (10+ years)
Experience in Industrial Manufacturing industry
Extensive management experience with P&L accountability
Ability to motivate and build high performing teams
Ability to influence, negotiate and partner in a matrix organization
Strong strategic and tactical skills; ability to translate business strategy across organization
Ability to work in matrix and environment of management by influencing
Strong growth mindset
Proven sales skills in handling key accounts with clear and demonstrable sales results
Management experience, prior experience leading a team
Track record of developing, executing and achieving tactical and strategic initiatives through active leadership that positively impact global business plans, operating profits, practices, policies and procedures.
Working in highly matrix organization
Multilingual skills and cross-cultural experience
Ability to travel 40%
