We are seeking a visionary and enthusiastic Director of SPA to join our luxury wellness facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the leader of our spa operations, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative wellness strategies, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive spa and wellness strategy aligned with our brand's luxury positioning
  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and safety
  • Create unique, personalized wellness experiences that reflect local culture and global trends
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the spa's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility

Qualifications

  • Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills
