Job summary

A leading international construction management firm is seeking an experienced project controls manager in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have at least 20 years in cost and schedule management on large projects and a degree in engineering. Strong communication skills and experience working internationally, preferably in KSA, are essential. This role involves managing budgets, implementing schedules, and ensuring project consistency across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a Western accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in project controls (cost and schedule) on large projects.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Western countries.
• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience in cost engineering, planning and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor budgets, cost, planning, and scheduling.
• Develop project operating structures and procedures.
• Control and monitor project schedules from registration to handover.
• Prepare and maintain portfolio cost reports.
• Implement document management and testing scope of work.
