Oversees safety, security, and asset protection while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsible for managing budgets, capital projects, energy conservation, and preventative maintenance strategies. Leads the emergency response team and drives operational excellence through innovation, leadership, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Develops and implements engineering strategies that align with brand standards and financial goals.
