Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI and engagement.
- Create engaging and high-performing content for blogs, websites, emails, and social media.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with designers, content creators, and developers to improve user experience and landing page performance.
- Manage website content, SEO performance, and Google Analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Manage our social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- [1-5+] years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make actionable decisions.
- Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) is a bonus.
