JASARA PMC is a reputable project management consultancy firm that is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Manager U&I to join our team. As the Design Manager U&I, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and implementation of urban infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with relevant regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process for urban infrastructure projects from conceptualization to implementation
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts and solutions
• Oversee and review design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Coordinate and integrate design elements with other project disciplines
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, urban planning, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and management of urban infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of urban design principles, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and GIS
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working on urban infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
• A professional certification or membership in a relevant industry association is a plus
