Job description

Our client is a leading scaffolding and formwork contractor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Head quartered in Riyadh.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Develops and controls goals and objectives.
  • Assist the General Manager in setting the division’s vision, business plan, and growth strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth through tendering, client acquisition, and diversification of service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in scaffolding, insulation, fireproofing, and waterproofing services.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including planning, erection, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding systems.
  • Ensure strict adherence to international safety standards (OSHA, CISRS, etc.) and client requirements.
  • Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement operational KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Review and interpret financial statements to support decision-making.
  • Monitor divisional budgets, margins, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Support tendering, pricing, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, supervisors, and crews.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
Education Level : Master's or Bachelor's Degree
Discipline (First Choice) : Engineering, Construction Management
Discipline (Second Choice) : Business Administration.

Work Experience
B.S Degree minimum 10 years of related experience, including at least 8 years in a management position in large or medium-sized organizations. Master Degree minimum 8 years of related experience, including at least 6 years in management position in large or medium size organizations.
