Job Purpose / Objective:

Perform data analysis techniques to analyze information/ data and find out meaningful results to identify various facts and trends. The Data Analyst will work with respective department heads/ staff to produce reports that provide valuable insight for all areas of the business to enable continuous business improvements with current practices, products and services

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare queries to obtain research data sets from complex databases.
• Serve as resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
• Research and analyze information using multiple databases and creates reports of data and results.
• Play a central role in the management of the incident / feedback management process including providing support and advice others where necessary.
• Prepare and submit various reports.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
• Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realms of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
