Creative Copywriter & Brand Voice Specialist

Role Purpose

The Creative Copywriter & Brand Voice Specialist is more than a writer; this role is the creative architect of language and storytelling at SAN. You will shape how our consumers experience our brands through words that inspire, persuade, and transform ideas into compelling campaigns and actionable concepts.

You will work closely with Creative Strategy & Direction and Campaign Strategy & Content Marketing, ensuring every marketing idea is translated into impactful copy, engaging narratives, and executable creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SAN’s brand voice guidelines across all SAN brands.
  • Write and craft marketing concepts: from campaign ideas and headlines to scripts, scenarios, and persuasive storytelling.
  • Transform creative ideas into scenes, visuals, and narratives ready for execution by designers, videographers, and campaign teams.
  • Produce compelling copy for advertising (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Google), e-commerce, retail activations, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Campaign Strategists, and Designers to ensure seamless integration between words, visuals, and brand experience.
  • Apply persuasive writing techniques that not only tell stories but also drive action and sales.
  • Localize creative inspiration into authentic Saudi & GCC cultural contexts, appealing to Gen Z and Alpha.
  • Balance short impactful copy (slogans, taglines, ads) with long-form storytelling (campaign narratives, brand stories).
  • Uphold SAN’s mission: transform everyday life into experiences of elegance, individuality, and beauty.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 4–6 years proven experience in creative copywriting, brand voice, or concept development within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury.
  • Strong portfolio with campaign concepts, ad copy, product storytelling, and cross-channel execution.
  • Ability to transform ideas into concepts, concepts into copy, and copy into executable campaigns.
  • Excellent bilingual skills: Native-level Arabic and fluent English.
  • Strong cultural awareness of Saudi & GCC markets with understanding of Gen Z/Alpha trends.
  • Exceptional persuasion and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft both emotional and commercial impact.
  • Collaborative, agile, and inspired by fast-fashion speed and lifestyle innovation.
