Construction Site Manager
The Construction Site Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Jizan. This individual will be responsible for leading and coordinating the work of construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team. This position is open to individuals of any nationality who are fluent in English and have a valid visa to work in Jizan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all construction activities on site
- Manage and supervise construction crews to ensure quality work is being performed
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings

- Valid visa to work in Jizan
