Job Overview:

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies and policies that ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness, support Human Resources objectives and the company’s overall strategy, oversee compliance with approved regulations and policies, and enhance the efficiency of payroll and benefits programs in order to attract and retain talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with HR objectives and company policies.
  • Design, manage, and review salary structures and job grading frameworks to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee payroll operations, annual salary reviews, incentives, and bonus programs in accordance with approved policies and regulations.
  • Conduct compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market surveys to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support recruitment teams by providing competitive salary recommendations and job offer packages.
  • Manage and continuously review employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, allowances, and leave policies.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards related to compensation and benefits performance and costs.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of payroll and benefits data in compliance with company policies.
  • Improve compensation and benefits processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational errors.
  • Participate in promotion committees, annual performance review cycles, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Be updated on labor laws, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR function.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with proven experience in salary analysis and benchmarking.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and relevant governmental regulations.
  • Excellent planning, budgeting, and cost control skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Fluency in English.
