As a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) for Controls and Digitalization, you will target experienced professionals with a strong background in project management and financial analysis. You will engage in meaningful projects, such as first-time implementations for high-profile clients like SWA, SEC, and Aramco, directly impacting client satisfaction and Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver innovative digital solutions. Expect a collaborative team culture that values communication, continuous improvement, and the successful execution of projects in a dynamic environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead and manage the commercial aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while ensuring timely invoicing and financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, providing regular project status updates.
• Review and negotiate project contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing changes and disputes effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Siemens Energy’s Internal Control Systems and engage in internal and external audits.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CPM) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, financial analysis, and contract management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret financial data.
