Your Job

We are seeking a forward-thinking Combustion Commercial Leader for Technical Services to accelerate and implement key strategies supporting the Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) vision in the Middle East. KSPS, a Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) company, serves customers in the refining and petrochemical sectors.

As the Combustion Commercial Leader, you will drive profitable growth and continuous improvement in our technical services business. You’ll align your team around a shared vision, apply economic thinking, foster a Principle Based Management (PBM) culture, and deliver commercial results that create long-term value for customers and the organization.

What You Will Do
  • Champion PBM and ensure cultural alignment within your team and across the organization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new commercial opportunities for combustion technical services in the Middle East.
  • Analyze market trends and economic data to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and execute both short- and long-term strategies to achieve year-over-year profitable growth.
  • Apply economic thinking to optimize resource allocation and maximize value creation.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across KSPS and the Equipment, Technical & Services capability globally.
  • Collaborate with the Service and Commissioning Engineers and Tower Specialists, ensuring exceptional customer service and technical support.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Exposure in installation, start-up, and commissioning within refining and petrochemicals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of financial and cost drivers and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business development and commercial growth.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Able to travel 25-30% of the time.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Prior exposure in construction, technical services management or commercial leadership in the oil & gas sector.
  • Familiarity with Principle Based Management (PBM) is highly desirable.
