Sinless Hospitality Consulting is pleased to recruit an experienced and passionate Coffee Roast Master on behalf of a leading Food & Beverage Group with a strong presence in the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a coffee professional to bring expertise and creativity to a dynamic, quality-driven organization based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire coffee roasting process to ensure consistent quality and flavor profiles
• Develop, refine, and maintain roasting profiles for various coffee origins and blends
• Monitor green coffee quality, roasting curves, and post‑roast evaluation (cupping)
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of green and roasted coffee
• Maintain and operate roasting equipment, ensuring safety and optimal performance
• Collaborate with sourcing, production, and operations teams to meet business needs
• Train and guide junior staff on roasting standards and coffee knowledge
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Coffee Roaster or Roast Master, preferably within specialty coffee or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting techniques, and flavor development
• Hands‑on experience with commercial coffee roasting equipment
• Excellent sensory skills and experience with cupping and quality control
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
