As a Client Manager in our Compression Regional Service Sales team at Siemens Energy, you will target dynamic, customer-focused leaders with a proven track record in sales and business development within the energy sector. You will engage in meaningful projects that drive year-over-year growth for oil and gas customers in Saudi Arabia, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your contributions will not only enhance our team’s performance but also align with Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver innovative solutions, all within a collaborative and supportive team culture that values proactive engagement and strategic thinking.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Proactively prospect the market to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Represent Siemens Energy in pre-contract negotiations with customers.
  • Perform quarterly and yearly booking forecasts, reporting, and win-loss analysis.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with customer HQ and sites.
  • Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to support business sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales capture plans and strategies tailored to customer needs.
What You Bring
  • Proven track record in driving results and creating sales opportunities in complex markets.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years in the energy industry and 3 years in sales/business development.
  • Mandatory turbomachinery experience and strong technical understanding of industrial compressors.
  • Willingness to travel proactively to customer sites.
  • Proficient in business English; Arabic language skills are preferable.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
