Your Role

We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated Client Advisor with a genuine interest in our brand and a real passion for sport and wellness.

As an in-store Sales Associate, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an excellent in-store experience to our customers.

You will always put the customer first and deliver great customer service, striving to exceed customers’ expectations.

Your Impact
  • Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales targets
  • Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunities
  • Actively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possible
  • Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
  • Constantly promote a unique, memorable shopping experience (implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and aptitude)
  • Keep the CRM system up to date
  • Exceed all behavioral requirements, adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines
  • Ensure the store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM, appearance and atmosphere. Respect company norms and procedures and adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations
  • Always be informed on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
  • Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) in an omni-channel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a strong sense of presence on the store floor and the ability to communicate confidently with customers. You have a passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, Made in Italy, art, working out and a healthy lifestyle.

What you should bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience as Sales Assistant, preferably for luxury brand retail companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Aptitude for selling, with an emphasis on developing business
  • Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
  • Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operational applications (Salesforce and SAP)
  • Passion for fitness and wellness (high standing/no smoking)
  • Ability to create and cultivate a network
