Fraser Hospitality is looking for a Chef De Partie Pastry to join the team at Fraser Suites, Riyadh. As Chef De Partie Pastry you will assist in preparation, production, service of food items of the kitchen, maintain high standard in accordance with Fraser Suites Riyadh's standard of policies, procedures manual and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork, standards, and guest experience.

What you will be doing as Chef De Partie Pastry:
  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in line with hotel standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all pastry products.
  • Develop and refine pastry recipes to enhance the menu offerings, incorporating local flavors where appropriate.
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper ingredient storage and rotation.
  • Adhere to all food safety standards and HACCP protocols within the pastry section.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and introduce new pastry items that align with guest preferences.
  • Support and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering skill development and teamwork.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and implementing structured learning programs for the pastry team.
  • Maintain all pastry tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Contribute to menu planning and costing for pastry items.
What we’re looking for:
  • Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
