Job Summary

Responsible for leading the central maintenance workshop operations, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and supervision of all utility and mechanical maintenance activities. Oversees budgeting, project implementation, safety compliance, and technical support to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement maintenance programs aligned with departmental goals and long-term strategies.
  • Oversee planning and execution of maintenance operations, resource allocation, and budget control.
  • Participate in engineering studies, technical evaluations, and material procurement.
  • Provide support in installation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems.
  • Supervise external contractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols and train staff on operational and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and report on utility systems and equipment condition.
  • Review and approve newly commissioned or repaired equipment.
  • Develop emergency response plans for utility disruptions.
  • Stay updated with industry practices and apply continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Maintenance Director.
