Senior Engineering Manager (Process Design) | Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Process Design) to join our Engineering Team in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company assets through the implementation of a comprehensive preventive maintenance system, ensuring all equipment and facilities are fully operational to support business needs. This role requires adherence to company standards, budgets, and performance targets, with a focus on keeping all plant and equipment in optimal condition. The candidate will also ensure sufficient skilled labor and technical support is available across departments to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dairy processing principles (e.g., pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, separation, aseptic processing, packaging)
• Solid foundation in process engineering (e.g., P&IDs, layouts, batch sizing, mass/energy balances, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, process control)
• Proficiency in process simulation tools, CAD software, and related engineering applications
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, environmental compliance, hygienic design, CIP protocols)
• Minimum HND or HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (UK standards) or similar, plus at least 7 years of industry experience – ideally in dairy manufacturing and in a similar position.
