About the Role:

To support the HR Division to deliver better employees personnel services in sales division by reviewing various documents, preparing of performance reports.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Review medical requests to ensure they are covered in policy.

  2. Verify bank loans to ensure they are entitled for bank loan.

  3. Analyze school fee invoices to ensure they are entitled and the claims match entitlements.

  4. Verify documents of salary of new /trial employees from regions to ensure they are paid on month end.

  5. Analyze termination & final payment requests from regions to ensure the documents are complete.


Requirements:


  • Must be holding bachelor’s degree.

  • Min 1 year experience in HR/Admin.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.

  • Able to work with multiple nationalities & diversity.

  • Can manage various tasks at the same time.

  • Must have competencies such as: Polite & pleasing, Positive attitude, Spoken English, Disciplined & organized, Team player.
