About the role

This role supports trade marketing activities and drives growth and capability initiatives across Gulf markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate National Promotion Plans, Key Account Promotions, In‑store Activations, POSM projects, sampling activities, sponsorships, events, and NPD listings.
  • Lead strategic initiatives: Customer & Portfolio Segmentation, Execution Standards, Playbooks, SHELFR & NIELSEN insights, Revenue Growth Management, and Regional Winning Plans.
  • Provide business support: Identify growth opportunities, partner with DTMM Gulf, and represent Riyadh HO in decision‑making.
Key Skills & Expertise
  • Ability to convert insights into actionable strategies using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word.
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent presentation and meeting management abilities.
  • Hands‑on experience in portfolio management, business campaigns, pricing & cost management, and data‑driven strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Fluency in English.
