We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

The successful candidate will join a fast-growing Arab technology company, playing a key role in building and expanding the company’s initial client base.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through continuous market research and analysis.
  • Execute lead generation strategies using digital tools, direct outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and participation in exhibitions.
  • Engage with potential clients, introduce the company and its services, and coordinate or conduct introductory meetings.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from presentation and negotiation to contract preparation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document and analyze client data and business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, deal progress updates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth post‑sale implementation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the technology, cloud services, or software sectors.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, startup environment with flexibility and independence.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
