Overview

We are currently looking for dynamic, and self motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward.

Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee service, creating memorable moments for every guest through warm hospitality and expertly crafted beverages. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages in a welcoming and efficient manner, while upholding cleanliness, safety, and product standards. Your role contributes to the overall guest experience and supports the team in delivering “Treasured Time” with each interaction.

Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their preferences.
  • Recommend menu items based on customer needs and upselling when appropriate.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies, and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Follow health and safety regulations for food handling and sanitation.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and service areas regularly.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
  • Support colleagues with tasks and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Accurately handle cash, card payments, and transactions through the point-of-sale system.
  • Ensure proper billing, receipt issuance, and cash register balancing at shift end.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences: You should ideally have a diploma / degree in hospitality or a vocational training in food & beverage with previous experiences as a Barista in a high volume restaurant. A good command of English and additional skills, like guest service and interpersonal are essentials.

Knowledge & Competencies: The ideal candidate will be hands‑on with a true passion for people and service along with a positive and pleasant attitude. You will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to details and should possess following competencies:
