Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of asset positioning strategies and operator selection processes
• Manage the execution of feasibility studies, asset briefs, and financial modeling for high-impact projects
• Support senior team members in strategic planning and stakeholder alignment
• Manage third‑party consultants as required
• Oversee execution of hospitality strategy across multiple assets
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
