The Assistant to CEO will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Executive Office team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs and ensuring smooth execution of all CEO-related tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, invitations, and travel arrangements.
  • Track all requests made by the CEO to internal and external parties, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
  • Proactively remind and follow up with the CEO on pending items requiring his input or action.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting materials, briefs, and follow-up documentation.
  • Maintain well-organized records and ensure all relevant information is readily accessible.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and time management for the CEO.
  • Leverage AI tools (especially ChatGPT) to increase productivity, streamline tasks, and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
  • Occasionally work outside standard office hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.
Requirements
  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional memory and organizational skills; strong ability to capture and follow up on tasks.
  • Highly proactive, anticipates needs and initiates action without direction.
