Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates: delegate tasks, conduct briefings and training sessions, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Ensure impeccable customer service and uphold the highest store operation standards, including visual merchandising and cash management.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and participating in opening and closing procedures.
• Assume full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Implement and monitor compliance with all company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a Senior Sales Assistant or Assistant Store Manager role in retail (fashion industry experience is a plus).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage its performance.
• Results and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems.
• Readiness to take responsibility and make decisions.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
