Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Monitoring client needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Providing prompt responses to client inquiries and complaints.
  • Coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of appropriate solutions.
  • Preparing regular reports on account performance and client relationships and presenting them to management.
  • Monitoring contracts and agreements with clients to ensure compliance with their terms.
  • Managing contract renewals and ensuring seamless continuation of collaboration.
  • General Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of client engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards related to client agreements and interactions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting optimizations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client management metrics, including service performance, satisfaction levels, and revenue impact.
