Key Job Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitoring client needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Providing prompt responses to client inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of appropriate solutions.
- Preparing regular reports on account performance and client relationships and presenting them to management.
- Monitoring contracts and agreements with clients to ensure compliance with their terms.
- Managing contract renewals and ensuring seamless continuation of collaboration.
- General Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of client engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards related to client agreements and interactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting optimizations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client management metrics, including service performance, satisfaction levels, and revenue impact.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 6 Years experience in related fields
- 4 Years of car rental industry experience
- Proven experience in supervising and managing teams
