Art Director

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual elements of our projects in Medina. You will work closely with our team of designers, photographers, and artists to create visually stunning and impactful designs that meet our clients' needs. Your creative direction and vision will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop creative concepts and design directions for various projects, including print materials, digital graphics, and other media
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide guidance to designers and artists to bring ideas to life
- Review designs for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and mediums
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards a common goal
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for different mediums (print vs. digital)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for visual composition

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina (open to candidates of any nationality)
