About the role:

To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and evaluate Supervisors’ performance to ensure all operational areas meet targeted volume and margin goals.
  • Deliver budgeted volume and margin for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products to achieve the company’s profitability objectives.
  • Ensure weekly distribution targets are met across all trade channels in line with the recommended product portfolio to maximize sales and increase market share.
  • Monitor product orders to align with market demand, minimizing wastage and optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Enforce compliance with company credit policies among all customers to prevent financial risks and losses.
  • Ensure adherence to Almarai’s quality and safety standards by all employees to maintain product integrity and workplace safety.
  • Assess training needs for Supervisors and provide or facilitate relevant programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and develop high-potential team members through coaching and guidance to support career growth and succession planning.
Requirements:
