Overview

We are seeking a talented Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team. The role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, coordination, and efficiency of our architectural projects through advanced BIM modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure consistency and clash-free designs.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality architectural drawings, plans, sections, and details extracted from BIM models.
• Implement and follow company BIM standards, guidelines, and workflows.
• Support architects and engineers in design development by providing accurate and updated model data.
• Manage project information and ensure compliance with client and project requirements.
• Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality checks to maintain accuracy.
• Generate schedules, quantities, and reports directly from the BIM model to support cost estimation and planning.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a BIM library of families, templates, and components.
• Collaborate with the project team to provide technical support and resolve modeling issues.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, software features, and best practices to enhance project delivery.
