MAYEKAWA established its business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (located at Al-khobarKhobar) in 2016, and we are looking for an After-Sales Service Executive to join our Service team, who is passionate about providing the best support and service for our customer. Responsibilities


  • Maintenance for screw and reciprocating compressor for refrigeration system.

  • Commissioning and start up work for refrigeration system.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve post-purchase issues, including product replacements and repairs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and follow up on the issues.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions of the issues.

  • Monitor customer’s feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

  • Provide continuous product-related information and assistance to the customers.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering required.

  • Proven experience in an After-Sales Service role and / or Mechanical Engineering for at least 3 years.

  • Effective Communication with customers and company personnel.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team player, continuous improvement mindset.

  • Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.

  • Holding a valid Driver’s license is preferred.
