A leading global beverage company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to maximize sales volume and ensure high customer service levels. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of FMCG sales experience, be fluent in English and Arabic, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. This position requires close collaboration with pre-sellers and merchandisers to drive performance and meet targets.

The primary role of this position within the KSA sales team is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high customer service levels. The supervisor will attend training courses to enhance professionalism and customer service, and complete daily debriefings with pre-sellers.
