Job Overview

The primary role of this position within the KSA sales team is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high customer service levels. The supervisor will attend training courses to enhance professionalism and customer service, and complete daily debriefings with pre-sellers.

Responsibilities
  • Set volume & stales targets with the DSM for customers served by pre-sellers and communicate these to sales staff.
  • Conduct daily de-briefings with pre-sellers, reviewing KPIs and providing action plans for improvement.
  • Meet weekly with merchandisers to ensure in-store merchandising and promotional activities are aligned and optimized.
  • Prepare journey plans for pre-sellers and confirm customer service frequency, reviewing actual visits during daily debriefings.
  • Plan holidays and relief cover to ensure service continuity, coordinating with the Finance Department to settle accounts prior to leave.
  • Provide on-the-job training by accompanying pre-sellers during their visits, and plan trade visits periodically.
  • Attend monthly team briefings with the DSM, presenting team performance and action plans.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, customer service, stales, accounts receivable, merchandising plans, and activity levels, ensuring targets are met.
Qualifications
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of sales tools, with a focus on execution standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with facilitation abilities to lead discussions across all levels.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of FMCG sales experience, including category management projects.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • University degree and computer literacy (Windows applications).
