Job Purpose / Objective
Organize and supervise the work of assigned Operation Coordinators and assist Operations Manager in dealing with government departments such as Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Labor and Ministry of interior, Police department, Traffic Police and General Court etc.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Assist Operations Manager in all matters related to Government Offices with the objective of ensuring the best interest of HMG are served.
- Supervise the daily routine work of the Operations Coordinators and ensure that each executes his/her daily assignment professionally and in timely manners.
- Assist Operations Manager in satisfactory resolution of all matters related to the Police Station and Traffic Police.
- Support Operations Manager in managing cases against HMG physicians in Ministry of health and other legal cases in Courts.
- Provide support to subordinates in dealing with the Nursing and Physician Affairs in matters related to Saudi Council examination and accreditation.
- Ensure safety of membership cards and the equivalency certificate records.
- Prepare monthly status reports and submit to Operations Manager.
- Resolve problems related to Saudi council accreditation, membership card and Pro-metric examination. If not settled, then report it to Operations Manager.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager in all routine and necessary matters.
- Contribute to resolving all problems and issues within the Department.
- Maintain excellent relationship with corporate service providing amenities such telephones, electricity, water, sewerage etc.
- Participate in, and lead person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Diploma holder/Preferably bachelor's degree
Experience
- At least (2) years’ experience of which two (2) years as Operations Coordinator.
