Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with financial software.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing.
- Collaborate with management to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B companies or the import/export business is a plus.
- Professional accounting certification is desirable.
