We are looking for a talented leader to improve selection for the Marketplace business. He or she will also contribute to the strategic vision for additional opportunities within Amazon’s Marketplace. The Amazon Marketplace organization drives the Selling on Amazon business and develops solutions that enable millions of Selling Partners worldwide to sell on Amazon. This Manager will execute this vision, leading across functional and technical teams, delivering a world‑class experience for both buyers and Selling Partners across the categories. Candidates must be able to influence across multiple company organizations and have a good understanding of today’s global business environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in international business, product and program management, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities include:

  • On‑boarding new selection to Amazon via photoshoots at seller locations, content creation and optimization, data formatting, barcode scanning, and bringing offline selection online.
  • Owning end‑to‑end the Selling Partner experience in Saudi Arabia for a set of categories to improve selection by creating high‑quality listings that generate new business for our sellers.
  • Partnering with business and technical teams to grow new listings on the Amazon marketplace.
  • Identifying and driving new opportunities for Amazon’s Marketplace business by delivering high‑quality product listings.

Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, Photoshop, SQL, Excel and marketing analytics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large data sets
  • Skilled in content creation and product page optimization
