Logistics Coordinator — Shipping & Documentation Specialist
Job summary
A logistics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the HQ in managing shipment and documentation. Responsibilities include downloading contracts, updating customers on production status, coordinating shipments, and preparing necessary documents for the HQ in Singapore. Candidates should hold a degree in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain, and fresh graduates or those with at least one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum with Degree graduates in relevant courses such as Transport/Logistic/Supply Chain.
- Fresh graduate or have at least 1 year relevant work experience in logistic or supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Assist to download the contracts from ERP and support HQ to sign with customers.
- Assist to follow the production status and update to customers.
- Assist to submit the vessel booking application to logistic department in Singapore HQ.
- Assist to check the LC from customers.
- Assist to coordinate the shipment.
- Assist to check the BL draft with customers.
- Assist to prepare and send the documents to Singapore HQ.
